Water Softener Certifications

AquaMaster water softeners are certified by NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) to the ANSI standard 44 for cation exchange water softeners. The minimum for NSF is to remove 3,350 grains of hardness minerals per pound of salt. AquaMaster well exceeds the minimum standard removing 5,500 grains per pound of salt. That means AquaMaster uses 40% less salt than the minimum required to be NSF certified. Certification well deserved!

AquaMaster water softeners are certified by WQA (Water Quality Association) to the CSA B483.1 standard for structural integrity and safety. This is a standard of the Canadian Standards Association that is mandatory in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

10 year Limited Warranty

3 Years: The entire appliance is warranted against defects in manufacturing and materials. (Models AMP5000, AMP5100 and AMP5500)

5 Years: The entire appliance is warranted against defects in manufacturing and materials. (Models AMS700, AMS900 and AMS950)

10 Years: The brine cabinet and resin tank are warranted for 10 years. (All models)
